What is a Charter School?A Charter school is a publicly-funded education institute that delivers the Alberta Education curriculum in an enhanced way. Charter schools are governed by their own local school boards. Our governing body is Agriculture Charter School Society. The school employs Alberta certified teachers who are passionate about teaching and learning. Rural Route Agriculture Academy will follow a set Charter that all faculty, staff, students and families agree to uphold. Our Charter is focused on an agriculture-based education and a project-based learning model.
