Rural Route Agriculture Academy is hiring Full-time Educational Assistants

We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Educational Assistants to support students in achieving academic, social, and personal success. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to provide individualized and small-group support in a positive learning environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic activities and classroom participation

• Assist students with learning, behavioural, and social needs

• Implement teacher-directed learning plans and accommodations

• Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction and support

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment

• Assist with supervision during class, recess, lunch, and school activities
   

Qualifications:

• Educational Assistant certificate, related education, or equivalent experience preferred

• Experience working with children or youth in an educational setting is an asset

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience, flexibility, and a collaborative approach

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Current criminal record check and vulnerable sector check required
